A 3-inch hourglass candle stand with the brightest cup of the set: a blue daisy inside a wide white ring, so the top looks almost like a plate. The waist is cobalt with white heart-shaped scrolls, touched here and there with lighter blue.
Put a white tealight in it and the white ring frames the flame.
A standard tealight sits in the cup. Short pillar candles work too if the base is no wider than the cup.
