Yes, any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 111 3 666 and we will cancel it. Once the parcel has left us, our refund policy applies instead.

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, then take 3 to 7 business days to arrive after dispatch. Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore and Karachi are usually on the faster end.

It is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and where it is going, and the full amount is shown before you confirm. Orders over PKR 15,000 ship free, anywhere in Pakistan.

Yes. Tell us when you order and we will have it packed and ready. The shop is at Shop 10, Sheikh's Mall 3, Sector H, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad, open 11 am to 8 pm.

Ceramics travel badly sometimes. Send us a photo on WhatsApp at +92 339 111 3 666, or email support@craftan.net, within 24 hours of the courier marking your order delivered. You do not need to send the broken piece back. Keep it or throw it, up to you.

Once we have the photo, you choose: a replacement or a refund. Many of our pieces are one-off, so if that exact design is finished we will either find you something close or refund you in full.

You can exchange any piece within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and back in its original packing. Return shipping is paid by you, and the piece has to reach us unbroken, so pack it properly.

If you are in Islamabad, bring it to the shop instead. Exchanges in person are free and there is no courier to worry about.

Bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, whichever suits you. The money goes out within 2 to 3 business days of the refund being agreed.

Yes. Each piece is mold-cast in Multan and then painted by hand, one at a time, by artisans in workshops we buy from directly. The craft is called Kashigari and has been made in Multan for around 300 years.

Close, but not identical. The painting is done freehand, so the pattern, the depth of the blue and the exact size shift a little between pieces. That variation is the nature of the craft rather than a fault. Screen settings also affect how colours look.

No. Hand wash only, with a soft sponge. Microwave heat and dishwasher cycles dull the glaze over time. Serving hot chai or hot food in them is fine, it is the machines that do the damage.

Most do not. Keep the plant in its plastic nursery pot and sit that inside the planter. Do not try to drill a hole, the glaze will crack.

Hand-painted woodwork from Swat Valley in northern Pakistan, in a bold floral style with red, yellow and black. Trays, tissue boxes, jewellery boxes and baskets. It is a separate tradition from the blue pottery of Multan and much harder to find outside the north.

Our Swati mugs are ceramic forms painted by the same artisans in that folk style.
