Craftan sells handmade Multani blue pottery and Swati woodwork online at craftan.net and from our shop in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Craftan. These terms, together with our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Refund policy, cover your use of our store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.
You must be of legal age in your province of residence to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. The details you give us at checkout must be accurate and complete, since we use them to deliver your order.
Every piece we sell is handmade and hand-painted. Colour, size and pattern vary slightly from piece to piece, and a photograph on a screen will never match an object in a room exactly. This variation is normal and is not a fault. Screen settings on your device also affect how colours appear.
Much of our stock is one-off. We may run out of a design without notice and we may stop carrying a product at any time.
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email once we accept it. We may decline an order, for example if a piece is no longer in stock or the delivery details are incomplete, and we will contact you if that happens.
You can cancel any order before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 111 3 666 and we will cancel it. Once the parcel has left us, our Refund policy applies instead.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. Prices and promotions can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it, and it appears in your order confirmation.
We accept cash on delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfer. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm, as set out in our Shipping policy. Prices in the shop may differ from prices online.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within 24 hours of the courier marking your order delivered and we will replace it or refund you, as set out in our Refund policy. After that window, responsibility for the piece passes to you.
Returns, exchanges, breakage claims and refunds are handled under our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
The text, photographs, graphics and design of this store belong to Craftan or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected under the copyright and trademark laws of Pakistan and under international treaties Pakistan is party to. You may use the store for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or redistribute our photographs or written content without our written permission.
The name Craftan and our logo are our trademarks. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and logos on the store belong to their respective owners.
If you send us a review, photograph, suggestion or any other content, you give us permission to use, publish and display it in connection with our business, without payment. You confirm the content is yours to share and that it is lawful. We are not obliged to publish anything you send, and we may remove content we consider unlawful, abusive or misleading.
Our store may link to other websites, and may include tools provided by other companies. We do not control those sites or tools and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices. Read their terms before you use them.
Craftan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the store to you. Any sale or purchase you make is made directly with Craftan. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Craftan, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with Craftan.
Information we collect about you is handled under our Privacy policy. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, some of your information is also processed by Shopify under Shopify's privacy policy, and may be processed outside Pakistan.
Do not use the store for any unlawful purpose, to break any law, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to harass or abuse anyone, to send spam, to impersonate another person, or to upload malicious code. Do not scrape the store, copy it, or interfere with its security. We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.
Occasionally there may be a typing error or an inaccuracy in a product description, price, promotion or delivery estimate. We may correct it and, if necessary, cancel an affected order, including after you have placed it. If we cancel an order for this reason we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
The store and the products are provided as they are. Beyond what is written in these terms and in our Refund policy, and beyond what Pakistani law requires of us, we do not give any other guarantee about the store or the products. Information on the store is provided for general purposes and we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error.
As far as the law allows, our liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost time or loss of data. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
If a third party brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or broke the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with that claim.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still apply. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Islamabad.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. The version on this page is the one that applies.
