A narrow-necked bottle vase, 8 inches high, painted in bands of cobalt floral work with white leaves reserved out of the blue. The neck carries a zigzag band and the shoulder and belly each get a full flower band. The blue is brushed thick so it streaks, which is what you want on a piece this small.
Yes, it is glazed inside and does not seep. Change the water every two days and rinse the neck, because the opening is narrow and hard to scrub later.

The base is 3 inches, which is wide relative to the height. It stays put unless the arrangement is very top-heavy.
