The heaviest cobalt of the four. A row of white teardrop palmettes with sky blue centers sits against an almost black blue, and the glaze on this one comes out very glossy. It looks better on a dark wood desk than a light one.
Yes. The rim is pinched into rests that take a standard cigarette or an incense stick without it rolling off.
No. It is fired well above anything a cigarette produces. What does damage these is dropping them on tile, so keep it on a desk rather than a ledge.
Around 200 grams. Enough that a ceiling fan on full will not move it, which is the practical test in most Pakistani rooms.
The glaze is lead-free, so a few olives or pistachio shells are fine. Once it has been used as an ashtray, keep it as one.
