A 10.5-inch square dish in olive green, which you do not see often in Multani pottery. The centre is covered in blue flowers on white-outlined vines, and a border of white petals runs round the inside of the rim. The corners are clipped, and the outside is left plain white under a green lip.
It sits well with our blue pieces but brings in a second colour, useful if your table is already full of cobalt.
Yes, the glaze is lead-free. It is fine for serving at the table.
Close, but green glaze shifts more than blue in the kiln. Some come out a touch more olive, some a touch darker.
No, the stand in the first photo is only for display.
