A 7-inch pie dish with a scalloped cobalt rim and a much lighter inside than our all-cobalt version. The centre is sky blue, painted with white flowers that have small navy centres, and a wide border of white petals runs round it. The outside is white with a cobalt band at the rim.
The sky-blue centre shows food off well. Gulab jamun and kheer look especially good in it.
No. It is a serving dish, not ovenware. Bake in a metal tin and serve in this.
